1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GainHabits ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GainHabits is a habit tracking application that helps users build and maintain positive habits. The App offers both free and premium features, including habit tracking, statistics, social features, and cloud backup.

3. User Accounts

• You may use certain features of the App without creating an account (guest mode).
• To access social features and cloud backup, you must create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Premium Subscription

GainHabits offers a premium subscription ("GainHabits Premium") with the following terms:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase.
• Cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you have paid for.

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription

5. User Content & Conduct

When using social features, you agree to:

• Not use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate usernames or display names
• Not harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Not upload or transmit malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by GainHabits and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GainHabits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of your use of the App.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account through the App's settings or by contacting us.
